In a library, this is a decorative skylight/barrel-vault with translucent glass on the top curve. At the bottom of the vault is a beak supporting a large, dish-shaped lighting fixture. Ceiling lights in the library can be seen below. The warm yellow color of the photo came from the sunlight and the chandelier.

The huge oak tree with multiple trunks is in the background while a boardwalk with a wooden bench runs next to the tree. It's a lovely spot due to the dappled shade, a nice cool place to sit and rest (and listen to running water if there is any alongside the tree. Irish Hills, San Luis Obispo, CaliforniaAnother view of the huge oak tree with its trunks, branches and twisted roots around rocks. A waterfall falls over the rocks when there is enough water, and a pool forms where all the brown leaves are located. There are some low green plants with long slender leaves, and a large plant (not sure if it's part of the oak tree) that is green and spread over the roots and would-be pool. I am standing on the boardwalk that serves as a bridge over the pool and stream. 'W' (Wednesday) trail in the Irish Hills of San Luis Obispo, California
