The first two Nerines of this Autumn. Been in the ground couple of years in raised bed under roof overhang facing south-east. Perfect spot. It's two of them ending up touching. Not completely open yet.

The first Amerine of this autumn. Bought Spring last year, so much earlier in flower than the ones bought this Spring because bought bulbs are so dry and have shriveled roots.

On Friday last week I saw a beautiful bright vibrant red busy Lizzie Flower and captured it on my canon EOS R50!

I do love Violas.

They are a great hardy flower and come in a variety of colours. I always fill the boarders and pots with them to bring colour over the autumn and winter.

Yesterday while walking home from work I spotted a beautiful Common Hollyhock Flower growing outside somebody’s Driveway so I captured it with my iPhone 17 pro!

A vibrant, deep magenta hollyhock bloom takes center stage, fully open against a rustic backdrop.
