A "Hold Separate" plan will not work,That would be surrendering to the Ellisons one way or another it would defeat the purpose of what the #BlockTheMerger movement fought against. This will not ease anxieties it would only escalate them even worse and maybe more. It won't work in this day of age.

It's not a very good plan.

The whole point is to #BlockTheMerger not reassure everyone that Paramount and Warner Bros will be fine.

I think the ‘hold separate’ method is the best option for both sides.

It will ease the all anxieties in California, #BlockTheMerger coalition, the Hollywood unions, and more for the time being.

And also for Paramount’s sake, to avoid the painful ticking fees.
