Happy Monday my First post for today features a picture of a beautiful White Rose flower captured the other day on my Canon EOS R50!

This close-up photograph captures a large, fully open white rose framed against a dark background.  The Bloom: The flower displays dense, concentric layers of delicate white petals with subtle ruffled edges. Very soft, faint pink blushes are visible near some of the petal tips and inner folds.  Center Detail: The middle of the bloom reveals tightly packed inner petals surrounding a few visible brown and yellowish stamens.  Lighting and Background: The rose is highlighted against shadowy foliage, dark leaves, and thin stems, creating a strong visual contrast that makes the bright flower stand out.

My Chamaecereus luisramirezii plant got a few seedpods after flowering last year. I assume it crossed with a Chamaelobivia hybrid. I planted the seeds this spring and they've grown really fast for cactus seedlings. I wonder what the plants will look like? #Chamaecereus #cactus #plantsky #cacti
