A mom stays up making her kids candied salmon and she is very proud of her child even if she is finishing the job at 2:45 am in the morning.

Candy salmon pieces over wire racks and cutting board. Maple Syrup Glaze on the side to be brushed on in between 30 minutes smoking sessions intervals. This is the recipe the child has picked.

The second batch. The test group. Dad’s candied salmon. Convinced to go through with still making if child’s was control group and everything else was the same.

Mother is now realizing she has taught her child the Scientific method and how to set up a test and control group. Testing his theory and hypothesis And if he’s write gets to tell dad “I told you so”
