I would be happy for you to read the book. I didn’t expect zero criticism for a book like this, but this piece focuses almost entirely on a couple of paragraphs and cherry-picks quotations from me in the same we he says that I do. The suggestion about the word “great” is typical.

In English, we also use the word “great” to refer to scale, as in the Great War or the Great Wall of China. To suggest, as he does, that Hitler means “virtuous” — or that that is what I think it means — is just ridiculous. Lots of that in this piece.
