Researchers at MU have developed a rapid and cost-effective method to screen mushrooms & other fungi for ergothioneine (EGT), a naturally occurring antioxidant that has attracted growing scientific interest in its potential relevance to health & nutrition.
The exhibition officially opens on Friday, 16th of October at 6pm at The Bank, 85 James Street, Dublin 8, D08 C2PR. Daily exhibition opening times: 11 am - 5.30 pm, and runs until Saturday 24th of October.
