While canvassing I had a chance to reconnect w Norine. She gave me a big hug. Last year her brother passed away due to not receiving the home care he needed. I was able to connect her to MPP Chandra Pasma & the media. Norine had the courage to speak out on the major gaps of our health care system.

In ERs, we see the impact of unsafe roads regularly. Cities with good bike infrastructure have fewer deaths and greater safety for all, regardless of whether they’re walking, cycling or driving.

I’ve enjoyed visiting many neighbourhoods in Bay Ward so far this weekend. Thanks to my volunteers, Ayah, Marlene & Clyde for helping me out. I met Rob Malone in Fairfield Heights who is a quiet hero who picks up litter around the neighbourhood So many wonderful folks in Bay Ward.
