@silverhuskey.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialI just wrapped up October's movie night with friends. For this one we had a triple feature. The Conjuring, Halloween (1978), and Halloween II (1981). Just in time for spooky season!
@xyzzysqrl.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialStream no longer pending. Stream now.

@dehler55.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialCabin Stream! Tonight we play Tekken 3, Sled Storm & Twisted Metal Black with custom overlays that I made on orginal hardware. www.twitch.tv/dehler55
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialThe decision to cancel Wonder Man (and barely promote Ironheart) looks even worse now.
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialThe weekend is finally here. What are your plans? We wrap up Super Metroid this Sunday. If we have time, we'll play a filler game as well. Offline we're getting to the endgame of Unicorn Overlord, and chugging away at Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. One of us is finishing Lanterns and Futurama.
@diosenrab.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialICYMI I wrote about the current concerns regarding Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls' player count, especially on PC, and whether a certain character can rise from the ashes to help with this for a @damagecontrolblog.bsky.social post. www.dcgameblog.com/2026/10/figh...
@diosenrab.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialI'm currently within the endgame of Unicorn Overlord, and should finish it this weekend. It's been a long-but-enjoyable ride. I know I've taken this slowly, but I didn't think I'd cross the 100-hour mark in this game when I started it. But I sure don't regret it.
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialWe're finally rid of Ridley in Super Metroid. Don't ask us how, but we also avoided being grabbed by him just before he died.
@dehler55.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialCabin Stream Begin. Tonight we play Duck Hunt 2 players. One guy controls the ducks, the other shoots. Then we switch to a Super Mario Bros 1 hack where both mario & luigi play on the screen at the same time. www.twitch.tv/dehler55
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialThe player count is concerning, especially on PC. But nothing reattracts souls like a new character to behold.

@diosenrab.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialICYMI The Quarantine Control series on @damagecontrolblog.bsky.social reached the 340th entry. @silverhuskey.bsky.social wrote about new movie Verity, CWTyger wrote about Chinese animated movie Big Fish & Begonia, and I wrote about the first(?) season of Lanterns. www.dcgameblog.com/2026/10/quar...
@silverhuskey.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialICYMI Last night on @damagecontrolblog.bsky.social I shared my thoughts about the newly released Verity for Quarantine Control. @diosenrab.bsky.social wrote about Lanterns, and CWTyger talked about Big Fish & Begonia. Check us out!
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialThe title makes perfect sense if you know the definition of "verity."
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialIs it even worth getting invested emotionally (and financially) in mobile games any more if they're just going to disappear?

@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialThat moment when you desperately need more health in Super Metroid. So chat teaches @silverhuskey.bsky.social how to do the crystal flash. It's a neat little move.

@diosenrab.bsky.socialReposted by @damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialICYMI I wrote about how Square Enix teased the potential to continue the Final Fantasy VII Remake series beyond Revelation, and how they could do it (and IF they do it), for a @damagecontrolblog.bsky.social post. www.dcgameblog.com/2026/10/cogn...
