@diosenrab.bsky.socialICYMI I wrote about how Marvel Studios' announcement of Zodiac makes their treatment of Wonder Man (and Ironheart, honestly) look even worse in retrospect for a @damagecontrolblog.bsky.social post. www.dcgameblog.com/2026/10/marv...
@diosenrab.bsky.socialI have to hand it to them, because I wouldn't have predicted that Jane Foster would be chosen over Odinsson as Thor for Mavel Tokon, even though I should have after Shuri was chosen for Black Panther. Pretty solid overall DLC lineup. www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNf7...
@diosenrab.bsky.socialI finished the main Unicorn Overlord quest a bit earlier, and rolled the credits after seeing the many, MANY character epilogues. I was shocked to see how long it took me (a whole 105 hours on the clock), but I’m even more shocked to see the cool little post-game quest. It's not *quite* over.
@silverhuskey.bsky.socialReposted by @diosenrab.bsky.socialI just wrapped up October's movie night with friends. For this one we had a triple feature. The Conjuring, Halloween (1978), and Halloween II (1981). Just in time for spooky season!
@diosenrab.bsky.socialAnyway, all we need is for Bleach to return for the Big Three to be fully back in action, the finest Recession Indicator you could imagine.
@diosenrab.bsky.socialVery interested from the sidelines to see if this is “Naruto Super” or “Naruto Daima.” Either way, it’s kind of humorous to do this while Boruto is also still running. www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2026-10...

@diosenrab.bsky.socialFact check: You *know* this is true.
@diosenrab.bsky.socialICYMI I wrote about the current concerns regarding Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls' player count, especially on PC, and whether a certain character can rise from the ashes to help with this for a @damagecontrolblog.bsky.social post. www.dcgameblog.com/2026/10/figh...
@diosenrab.bsky.socialNot to ding the artist here, but I laughed for a good minute upon seeing the artwork of Darth Vader wielding the Infinity Gauntlet. All of your "favorite" pop culture franchises are converging *outside* of Fortnite. comicbook.com/comics/news/...
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialReposted by @diosenrab.bsky.socialWe're finally rid of Ridley in Super Metroid. Don't ask us how, but we also avoided being grabbed by him just before he died.
@merrittk.comReposted by @diosenrab.bsky.socialthey’re going to stream a government snuff film on twitch and it’s still going to be a bannable offense to play a robert yang game about jacking off your car
@diosenrab.bsky.socialI'm currently within the endgame of Unicorn Overlord, and should finish it this weekend. It's been a long-but-enjoyable ride. I know I've taken this slowly, but I didn't think I'd cross the 100-hour mark in this game when I started it. But I sure don't regret it.
@diosenrab.bsky.socialI don’t know, man. It feels like SNK would rather do a gigantic multi-franchise Battle Coliseum game rather than reviving their older franchises, and the unceasing power of Blood Money could lead to that happening. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ywo...

@diosenrab.bsky.socialThanks! I imagine they'll have some kind of surprise for around Doomsday, and *may* not provide Jean Grey immediately after Cyclops. It does feel like a bunch of fighting games are going Through It right now, and uh, I wonder what the result of all this will be.

@diosenrab.bsky.socialI'm not sure why it took me so long to realize that Sonic Racing CrossWorlds is likely the closest we'll get to Super Smash Kart, especially with Final Fantasy VII and Persona characters joining as guests, and MANY others. Those are in addition to existing guests.
@damagecontrolblog.bsky.socialReposted by @diosenrab.bsky.socialThe weekend is finally here. What are your plans? We wrap up Super Metroid this Sunday. If we have time, we'll play a filler game as well. Offline we're getting to the endgame of Unicorn Overlord, and chugging away at Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. One of us is finishing Lanterns and Futurama.
