Day 3 of the Geneva study trip brought UCLA Law in The Hague students to the UN Human Rights Council, where they followed sessions on Somalia, Cambodia and Ukraine, visited the Red Cross Museum and closed the day with Federica Donati of OHCHR, who shared insights from her career in UN Human Rights.

Day 2 in Geneva: UCLA Law students spent day two in Geneva with UN International Law expert Sun Kim and ICRC senior lawyer Etienne Kuster. They met lead drafter Raphael Pangalangan to discuss the Marshall Islands report on accountability for US nuclear testing, to which the Promise team contributed.
