Take 0.5 seconds to make sure you won't crash the slide. Titrate that reagent to determine optimal staining.

Originally designed for neutrophils, I adapted this to my embryonic myeloid cells! I use it to induce a new protrusion and drives this EM cell to go backward. #MicroscopyMonday
