As Burlington, Vermont struggles to open an overdose prevention center, Professor Brandon Marshall, who is studying the effects of the #OPCs in Providence and NYC, says so far he's finding that OPCs are hubs for healthcare and recovery and that neighbors remain supportive of the centers.
