@augstone.bsky.socialReposted by @wallytbm.bsky.socialHey y'all. I'm handling PR for Boston band The Northern Line. Huge fans of Madchester and Britpop. Great new single, Out In The Drift. They're nominated for New Act Of The Year at the New England Music Awards. Much appreciated if you'd vote for them

@mickeyundertone.bsky.socialReposted by @wallytbm.bsky.socialNew music from Amelia & The Housewives. (Very small writing means I need to repeat the name)
Excellent song, Narcissus, now on the MB Record Show.
Where the Disc Jockey is unsure of the correct pronounciating emphasis.....

Well, one time they were.
The marvellous Ruts, In A Rut. Another outing on the Record Show.
The 2026 incarnation, Ruts DC, are living proof that great bands are always great bands.
Even if not everyone made it through.

@wallytbm.bsky.socialTheir first single was on Dan Treacy’s Dreamworld Records label 👌 - Brilliant band!
@chopper32.bsky.socialReposted by @wallytbm.bsky.socialGreat band, album, live shows.
@mickeyundertone.bsky.socialReposted by @wallytbm.bsky.socialThe Mighty Lemon Drops, just arrived in town ..... ready for anything.
Their LP Happy Head got a pretty good re-release this year.
It has The Other Side Of You on it, of course. Right at the beginning.
Which is sounding swell on the MB Record Show.

@wallytbm.bsky.socialThe song is also on this great mod compilation

@mickeyundertone.bsky.socialReposted by @wallytbm.bsky.socialOh, what a great photo. The Nashville Ramblers.
Circa 1985?
For the release of their single 'The Trains', I assume. Or else this is how they got around at the time.
Now pulling into the MB Record Show depot.
