We'll take the best ones on stage with us. Want to ask something off-topic? Go for it, but it’ll have to be good to make it on stage. Can't make it to Portland? Ask anyway. If we answer yours, we'll let you know.
Saturday we'll be on stage with the Retronauts at the @retrogamingexpo.bsky.social, and we want to bring you with us.
Leave a question in the comments, about our topic: Determining Value - the most expensive games of all time, and whether or not they’re worth your time.
In 1984 the BBC aired a TV movie about a nuclear strike on Sheffield. The movie successfully traumatized a generation of British kids, so of course it ended up on our watch list. We’re talking about Threads. The full Unfilmable episode is now available on Patreon.
You could say these stones drove us a little mad.
Watch Out for Fireballs 531: Stones of Madness, available now! buff.ly/kLuOGVn
There are a ton of things we should be normalizing in 2026, Shaggy eating dog treats isn’t one of them. For this episode of Abject Suffering we played Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights, which is essentially a platformer filled with dog biscuits and grunting dog noises.
If you're in Portland, or even in the region, come on out to see us if you can! Additionally, we're having a meetup at the Worker's Tap (101 SE 12th Ave.) from 8pm to 11pm on Saturday. It's a short transit hop or a fine walk to get there. And I can vouch for the bar being good!
AND after the panel on Saturday you can catch us at The Worker's Tap! in Portland from 8 - 11 PM. In true gamer fashion, we got the basement all to ourselves, so come and hang out!
Also, this week on Patreon: 🤲 Free for everyone Abject Suffering: Road Rash 64 WOFF!: Stone of Madness (Part 1) BQV: Bagman ⭐️ Patreon bonus content Unfilmable: Cure RLH: Into the Depths
We’ll be joined by our friends The Retronauts to discuss the topic “Are the Most Expensive Games of All Time Worth *Your* Time?”
We’ll be taking questions, so if you've ever wanted to tell us we're wrong in person, this is your chance.
PRGE runs Oct 9–11. Tickets: buff.ly/8pMhsGH
This Saturday we're leaving the couch!
Duckfeed is on a panel at the @retrogamingexpo.bsky.social : Determining True Value, at 5 PM PT in the Red Auditorium Room at the Oregon Convention Center.
"Let's solve this like real adults. By riding motorcycles and smacking each other with blunt objects."

It’s the 15th anniversary of Dark Souls. In celebration we’re revisiting our very first episode of Bonfireside Chat, a Dark Souls podcast that grew to be one of our most popular shows over the years.
This episode first aired on duckfeed.tv back in 2013.
