That's the one I could never finish as a kid. I got so lost in that maze near the end
I ran a couple of fun sessions of @stoogoff.com heroic Aegean #ttrpg at #Furancecon this weekend. Great players and many laughs as they navigated proud heroism and glory with hubris and curses. Made some sales of this terrific game, which is always a good sign!
Love to see the GM screen in action!
Teanson Boast is the greatest Star Wars character ever
Bit surprised to find that I've sold a copy of Wolfshead this month, considering I've not done any promotion of it. www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/5...
I've used the "swap the first letters of a two word food" for NPC names when running the Star Wars RPG. That's how low-life scum such as Slizza Pice and hacker Teanson Boast were born
Final session of our long running Star Wars campaign tonight and this is my final note for the session
I saw a pic the other day (and I'm kicking myself for not saving it) which had a Yorkshire pudding with mash potato in it and a sausage sticking out of it, so it sort of looked like a ice-cream cone with flake. This might be too big to try that!
I need your help to slay a Dark Lord:
God-Killer Prophecy incorporates tense strategic gameplaywith prompt based world creation and map-drawing elements.
Thanks to players at cons like Phantasm, @breakoutcon.bsky.social , @tabletopscot.bsky.social and CanGames
I got to play this at Breakout Con last year, and I really think it was the standout best #ttrpg I played that year. #Kickstarter just launched, do yourself a favour and get in on it. Thanks @joshuakitz.bsky.social!

Tube journey to a comic mart tmrw, luckily got the perfect tube reading :) @nmtdrzine.bsky.social
So basically just buggy rubbish with no incentive to fix
It could just be a bug in the app for my TV but it means I have to watch double the ad breaks which makes me suspicious
The problem with watching something on Channel 4 streaming is if it doesn't load the end of ad break sponsorship ad (Tesco whoosh in this case) it doesn't load the show and I get an endless spinner. The only fix is to exit the show and start again. Which loads from the beginning of the ad break...
After about eighteen months of back and forth it has finally been agreed that I can work a four day week. I look forward to spending some time making games again!
In the book I'm reading (Uprooted by Naomi Novik, it's genuinely excellent) a witch is instructed to turn barrels of beer and wine into cider so the soldiers don't get drunk and... soldiers drinking barrels of scrumpy sounds like a nightmare! Does cider mean something different in the US?!?
No-one is surprised when I say I love Star Wars. But I'm not on the subreddit any more and I avoid any discussion of it online. It had become such a joyless experience
Yeah, that was the motivation behind it. Every week I was frantically fumbling through the book to find the same orc stats
I've been working on an Adversary app for the One Ring RPG — it's basically a database of adversaries (not complete yet) with their stats and a simple way to track damage during combat. If you're running the One Ring and don't use a full VTT this may help. Feedback appreciated!
