For better or worse, the Vikings got to test a lot of their young depth -- particularly on offense -- through the first five weeks of the season. With a handful of starters slated to return, what roles could those youngsters hold moving forward?

FINAL: 23-13, Vikings Offense looked improved, even with a few mistakes in there. Kyler Murray finished 24/30 for 229 yards with a 15-yard TD to Justin Jefferson in triple coverage. Bye week should get a few missing pieces on offense back. ST + defense continues to excel.
Here's Minnesota Star Tribune photog Jerry Holt's angle on that third-quarter Justin Jefferson TD.
End of 3Q: 13-all. Jeshaun Jones' first career reception, a 32-yarder, started this Vikings drive off. Vikings' WR situation was uncertain coming into this game. Youngsters (both at WR and TE) have done a decent job supplementing Justin Jefferson, though they've had a couple costly mistakes.
Only fitting for Justin Jefferson to break the Vikings' touchdown drought in his homecoming game.
Halftime: 7-6, Saints. Vikings still seeking their first offensive touchdown since the second quarter against Tampa Bay in Week 3 (41 yards to Jordan Addison).
End of 1Q: 3-0, Vikings. Murray through 1: 11/11 for 101 yards
