Yeah most of the typical ways to do growth requires so much sacrifice that it almost feels not worth it. - Kristal

Our home health aide starts today, we found her through the local furry community and she's a delight. Been crying off and on about how nice it is to just get help. Am excited to see how life feels now that help is possible.

Think it's possible to build new circles. We didn't start building our friend circle till our late 20s for a variety of reasons. Not to discount the struggle, it's extremely hard but finding those new connections can be tough but fun. If you ever need to chat am here and always open to being pinged!

Stay safe!! - Kristal
