Elect the OneCity team of candidates running for City Council, School, and Park Boards with a plan to give you a voice, a place, and a future in Vancouver.
Vote by Oct 17 ๐ณ๏ธ
Vote for Krista and the whole OneCity team on Tuesday, October 13 or Saturday, October 17.
When and where: www.onecityvancouver.ca/vote
Krista Sigurdson wants to build childcare on school grounds, so you don't have to drive across town to get your kid a childcare spot. It's not impossible, it just takes the team with the experience and the drive to make it happen.
Tyler Petersen wants you to have more third spaces in Vancouver. Places outside home or work where you can just be. Our Parks and Community Centres can be at the core of that revival.
Vote for Tyler and the whole OneCity team on Tuesday, Oct 13 or Saturday, Oct 17.

Did the thing. And look how happy I am!

Caitlin Stockwell thinks you should be able to ask your city for more.
We can and should support young people, seniors, families, artists, and workers to find a voice, a place, and a future in Vancouver.
Vote for Caitlin and the whole OneCity team TODAY until 8pm.
There is so much at stake in this election. The latest announcement of Ken Sim and ABC would delay and politicize decisions for sidewalks, bike and bus lanes, inevitably impacting road safety. This is not what our City needs. There is Advance voting tomorrow(Sat.) and on Tuesday. So get out to vote!
ABC out here governing on bad vibes alone.
Get 'em out, vote early for OneCity TODAY
Annnddddd we're back to say YOU SHOULD VOTE TODAY 8AM-8PM! You can vote at any polling location across the city. It's just one week until Election Day, Saturday October 17th. And one week until you can kick out Ken Sim & ABC for good. Take this voting card with you and head to your nearest poll.

This is the kind of integrated, comprehensive planning that have been missing in the City for the last several years. Vote @onecityvan.bsky.social for council, parks board and school board, and get back to a city that can work with its residents, senior governments and its own self again. #vanpoli
๐ณ๏ธ Advance voting: Sat Oct 10 and Tue Oct 13. Election Day: Sat Oct 17. 8amโ8pm, any voting place. Council (up to 10): #100 #113 #131 #146 #149 Park Board (up to 7): #214 #217 #230 School Board (up to 9): #301 #302 #321 #325 #328
None of this happens from the Mayor's chair. That's why 13 of us are running: 5 for Council, 3 for Park Board, 5 for School Board. No matter who you vote for Mayor, vote for all 13. We have a team and a plan. ๐ค
๐ฑ A Future In 2025 the Park Board beat its revenue target and ran a big surplus. It wasn't allowed to keep it all. Evergreen funding changes that, so pools stay open and beaches stay guarded long after the ribbon is cut. ๐
๐ A Place Kingsgate Mall and the Britannia campus are both public land. We'll keep them public hands & build schools, community centres, childcare and affordable homes on them, including affordable homes. ๐ซ Three boards, two sites, one plan.
๐๏ธ In July, Council voted 10โ1 to reject the Villages Plan after strong public opposition. Growth done to neighbourhoods keeps failing. So: four floors and corner stores, lot by lot. Permitted, not required. Neighbours choose how, whether and when. Now, a place. ๐
๐ฃ๏ธ A Voice Vancouver too often asks what you think after the decision is made. We'll create an Office of Direct Community Engagement that sends City staff to you first, plus City Hall on Wheels: 3-1-1 vans that bring City services to your corner. ๐
๐ Today OneCity released the Purple Book: our full detailed platform for Council, Park Board and School Board.
About 60 experts, volunteers and neighbours helped. Written & designed by humans, not AI.
Our promise: a voice, a place, a future.
Hereโs how. ๐

A school board plans a school. A park board plans a park. The City plans the housing, the business permits, and the street in between.
Nobody plans the whole neighbourhood.
Here's the plan to fix that. ๐
