If Trump had been Britain's prime minister in 1938, he would have happily handed over Czechoslovakia to Hitler, as Neville Chamberlain did. The only dfference is that Trump would have demanded a bribe, maybe approval of a Trump Tower Prague.

Putin told Iran the locations of our warships. Today, Trump rewarded him by lifting sanctions and allowing American dollars to fuel Russia’s war machine. Our troops are in harm’s way, and the President cut a deal with the adversary putting a target on their backs.

If you think Trump handing a multibillion $ gift to Putin that will help Russia continue to wage war on Ukraine, doesn't make sense...then you're not paying attention. It is Trump doing what he always does, putting Putin and Russian interests ahead of America's and our allies.

It's yet another reason he shouldn't be POTUS. The US, and the world, depend on precise language from the President. He's just not capable of it. Imprecise diplomatic language can lead to a war.
