Avarice's weakness is dumb jokes; there is a reason that Astarion occasionally refers to him as a hyena. Cheesy pickup lines have a mainline to his heart, but:

"I must be feeling extra thorny, because I want to be trapped in your rose bush."

Ava: "Hehe, glad my "heroics" didn't give off the wrong impression then." *Waves notebook full of debtors' names with a smirk. It may not be an official devil's contract, but he knows well and good he is going to cash in all those favors eventually.*

I'm sorry... That same feeling always arrives for me with the Autumn months. I hope you feel better soon.

Also make him leave, despite being with the party for so long. He could be persuaded to stay, but the persuasion roll is incredibly high.

Avarice will leave abruptly if you agree to work with Raphael for anything (the exception being Astarion's back. He'll be irritated at camp about it, but he doesn't remember how to read Infernal, so relents). Agreeing to give him the crown will

The waist grip is subconsciously possessive, like "this is mine for the moment."

Avarice's hands tend to gravitate to the waist or the small of the back (something I noticed when going over his VP! He rarely touches other characters and when he does? Waist!)

He also has a love of shoulders, throats, and clavicles. He'll

My response to this is who was it written for, if not the fans? Fans of Baldur's Gate & the Astarion they know from the game are the ones who are gonna seek out the book, and they are going to know inconsistences. It's not her original world to work with, and dismissed those it was written for.
