I was just clarifying. I took no slight from it. I figured you would want to have the best information to make your case from. Thats it. I tend to be a very honest debater. I want to have the best information and expect the same for the other.

And that is very much the trap of of the systemic build of the Patriarchy. This highlights it perfectly. Feminism seeks to free men from this trap.

This idea of an inner animal is not our nature. It is largely a learned thing. Boys are taught that men are aggressive and dominant. And they learn to occupy that space. And then they are sold lessons on how to control that thinking in a society that does not reward it. Its learned behavior.

I disagree with the idea that men have to hypnotize their inner animal. I find this similar to religious debates I used to engage in. Believers would challenge atheists that without hard coded morality they would rape and murder. To which the atheists reply "but I don't want to rape and murder".

For the record I am a Cis/Het Male.
