I’ve been receiving spam emails from different iOS indie devs for the past month or so that are all uncannily similar. I’m guessing that it’s related to Kickstart or something like that. Unfortunately they read like they’re AI generated, and do a poor job of making a connection 🫣

Good read. Thanks for sharing 🙂 I’m going to use AI for things where it actually helps. But I want to limit it for things I do better, enjoy doing and for regular things in everyday life to be preserve my humanity 🙂

Yes, but not everyday on both apps. Sometimes it’s a few days on one, sometimes on another. I meant that it’s hard for me to work on many things on one day. Changing contexts is hard 🫣

I know that I’m more productive if I’m focused, when I’m not working on too many things the same time. That’s why I try to accept that some things will be done later, after I finish something else.

All reviews are important 🙂 Of course it’s nicer to read fully positive ones. But when people write what’s missing it also pushes my app forward. Tells me what I need to change to improve the app.

I meant that’s what I would do if I were you - as you said it would make you happy 😊 But yes, I will update my apps too. Starting with these supporting iPad already as they support rotation and fluid design. I will do it an my own pace. No pressure to be there on day 1.
