Came out super nice this time because tips my friend gave me on frying. Instead of using wooden chopstick i used cooking thermometor to keep oil 340-350 degrees-ish. Oil still scary But it turned out soso tasty!!!

Recipe is kind of mix ffxiv croquette and modifications to make it in way my dad like, inside is: ground beef, onion, garlic, some canola oil, black pepper, salt, thyme, oregano, red wine vinegar, oyster sauce (cooked together) +boiled egg +black olive. Instead of mix together potato is outer layer
