Fitness Edge in Palm Springs, CA opens at 5am and the parking lot has plenty of cars. I've been doing the Zumba Gold (for seniors) twice a week and assisted stretching also twice a week. Both excellent experiences even for a geezer like me. #gym #zumba #zumbagold #stretch
