I fully understand where Miss Du is coming from about the type of society women have to deal with, but her self pity, it’s ultimately what’s on her way to get what she wants. Yes, she’s a victim of the patriarchy but she chose to do those horrible things.

I was one of the many people who dropped InBlossom right away when they took away the great first actress with the scarred face #ZhengHeHuizi I think and substituted the real leading lady who was just tedious and boring. I bonded with the first lead and couldn’t care about the “real” one.
