@radiantaerynsun.bsky.socialGlad I tuned in for a 2nd watch of #TheYellowCanary. Despite weaknesses, there was plenty of noir to like, Floyd Crosby cinematograpy, interesting info on Pat Boone, production and his friendship with Corey. Great #NoirAlley, @eddiemuller.bsky.social! #TCMParty
(And yes to adding #NeilYoung ❤️ 😁)
@caldesertsun.bsky.socialI watched it straight through this time. Still didn't notice the flashback scene. Not a riveting bit ao crime drama.
@yankeemate.bsky.socialCarol Burnett didn't need an oboe and studio wizardry. #theYellowCanary #NoirAlley #TCM #TCMParty
@leeahawn.bsky.socialHe's been saving it up for a month.

@teamrickandilsa.bsky.socialI don’t think I need to see that one again. But it was good to see once. #TheYellowCanary #NoirAlley #TCMParty
@dwayneadd.bsky.social@eddiemuller.bsky.social is bringing the facts today. And I love it. This is like film history for we newbies. As for the film ... not bad. Not great but not bad either.

@chrissturhann.bsky.socialRegarding Rod Serling, I always thought the hour-long Twilight Zone episodes were weaker than the half hour ones. #TheYellowCanary #NoirAlley #TCMParty
@teresarwv.bsky.socialI found this enjoyable. In the hands of a better cast and production crew, it could've been a great movie.
Thanks, @eddiemuller.bsky.social and Film Noir Foundation.
@ctmillion.bsky.socialRepost of last night's #NoirChecklist for #TheYellowCanary for the dedicated Sunday morning #NoirAlley crowd! #TCMParty
@violetmariejudges.bsky.socialI did not have high hopes for a #PatBoone noir but #TheYellowCanary had me at #JelloBiafra in the credits #TCMParty #NoirAlley
@marcikay.bsky.socialWe have a musician in the family so now every time I hear Pat Boone’s name I think of his namesake “Pat-Boone-Debby-Boone” drum fill.
I’m sure that’s just the legacy he’s hoping for.
@mercurie80.bsky.social#TheYellowCanary isn't great, but it is a lot of fun. I am always willing to watch Barbara Eden and Jack Klugman was great. #TCMParty #NoirAlley
