Promotional graphic designed by the artist for the Tokyo exhibition "BETWEEN TWO SKIES" by The Holy Art Gallery. The design features a handmade layout that further distresses my original submitted artwork, "2026 - The Year The Sun Melted," to amplify its core concept of climate change. The artwork responds directly to my home of Westminster, London, and Western Europe experiencing its warmest summer on record, with August tracking as the world's joint hottest month in recorded history.

The visual features a heavily textured backdrop split into a royal blue upper half and an intense crimson red lower half. At the top center sits a large, solid, vibrant yellow sun with a prominent single stream of thick yellow acrylic paint dripping straight down the middle of the composition.

Silhouetted against the horizon line are London construction cranes, the skyline, Big Ben, and Westminster Bridge. Below the bridge, dense vertical streaks of dark red paint drip down into the lower red space. In the bottom right foreground, a single traffic light stands illuminated on the amber signal, serving as a symbolic warning to stop at Westminster—one of the epicentres of political decisions and systemic climate inaction, which happens to be right down the road from where I live and was melting to.
