A landscape orientated image of a beach on the island of Fuerteventuraits a 50:50 split between sky and beach. The sky is a beautiful blue with white cloud skittering across it. The time is just after sunrise. A tidal lagoon, with tide out so not much in it, runs diagonally across the beach from bottom right to almost the edge on the center left. To the left is a flat area of sand with a watch tower on the distant horizon. On the right, upon the horizon are hilly sand dunes. A flag stands in the lagoon fairly central another along with a small trees stand on the far bank.

Beyond the beach is part of the Norwegian sea, and beyond that green mountains of an island rise sharply from the water. Above it all is the summer sky, filled with clouds and patches of deep blue. This image shows a group of sheep standing on a rocky hillside, apparently enjoying the view from Blåmanen, a one of the peaks surrounding Bergen. The foreground is filled with green and yellow grass, and scattered rocks. Two particularly prominent sheep stand in the lower right corner. Five more sheep are scattered in the midground, where many more rocks appear. A cairn of rocks dominates the upper right corner of the frame. Almost all the sheep are facing the left edge of the frame, where a view of a fjord and distant woods and buildings appears.
