The piece features two rows of sharp, animalistic teeth, positioned in such a way as to give the impression of an open mouth. Around two of the teeth on the upper set, red string is tied, with the two strings reaching down to the same teeth on the bottom set. The string is also tied around the bottom two teeth. Both those teeth and the two next to them on both rows have a pixelated, grainy red texture applied at their ends, alluding to pain. Coming off of the teeth on both the left and the right sides, is a long bright yellow zig zag sort of shape, coming down from the top set to the bottom again. At the base of both of the zag shapes (towards where the teeth are), a similar pixelated, grainy red texture can be seen.
