Vegetarian chili in the slow cooker for later today! :D #cooking #vegetarianchili #pescatarian #pescatarianism

Making vegetarian lasagna in a bit, to freeze in individual portions to make my new Pescatarian diet easier, especially on nights when my parents are cooking things that don't fit. Tomorrow is tuna casserole! :D #cooking #vegetarianlasagna #tunacasserole #pescatarian #pescatarianism

I recently switched to a largely pescatarian diet (for the health of my liver) and so far it’s going well. Though I say “largely” because I still eat gravy on the rare occasions that we have it. Pry my mashed potatoes & gravy and poutine from my cold, dead hands. :D #pescatarianism #pescatarian
