Grey heron looking like it has just got out of bed after a cracking night out on the tiles and is looking for tea and a fry up before addressing how it feels about it being daytime. This morning's #RunningPunks #VirtualRunClub (run, as ever, for the #BrokenPunks and all in the #NoRunClub) was a bit misty.

There was a #heron (possibly two) and I have my face back, though.
