Due to the #MigraineAura that I had earlier (why I had to take a Sumatriptan pill) I´d gone offline sooner than usual for my 30 minutes of osteoporosis gyms with two 1 kg dumbbells, so I´m online sonner again now either.

Due to the ME/CFS I got up at 2.15 am German time yet, totally misprogrammed inner clock. I showered, washed & bloe-dried my hair. #Macrogol laxative just worked afterwards for the first time, so I needed a washcloth for my butt again.
