As part of this year's #NSMD theme, #LastingMemoriesBuildingHope, we have launched a wall of hope - an online space to share words of hope, support, and reasons to stay. Visit the wall of hope here: bit.ly/PHWallOfHope

Today, we have launched a webpage dedicated to sharing messages of hope with health and care workers who are struggling with their mental health, or dealing with suicidal thoughts.

This space has been created for people to share words of hope, support, and reasons to stay. Words from colleagues, friends, patients, family members, and others who care.

We hope that those reading these messages will be reminded that they are not alone, they are cared from, and that others have been in similar positions and have come out the other side.
