I was a bit of a glutton for punishment today. Nearly 14 km run and then in the afternoon a 9.6 km hike. It was pretty breezy on both too. I popped into the Blackpool RNLI shop during the run and bought a pin. We've got to show these heroes a bit of love at the moment.
