At #GE2015 I rather expected #ConDemCoalition to continue until 2020, but of course #ConsParty got a majority and #LibDem vote collapsed, I think #DavidCameron wanted Coalition to continue, he was politically closer to #NickClegg and #DannyAlexander than to people such as #JacobReesMogg.

#LibDems by 2015 had lost most of their councillord and at #GE2015 lost 2/3 of their vote and 7/8 of their seats, didn't really begin to re-emerge as any kind of #electoralforce until after #GE2017.

Imagine the (worse!) chaos under the #Tories between 2015 and 2024
Cameron resigns - Gen Election July 2016 (after #GE2015)
May resigns - GE July 2019 (after #GE2017)
Johnson resigns - GE Sept 2022 (after #GE2019)
Truss resigns - GE Oct 2022
#GE2024
7 Gen Elections in 9 years!
(Assuming #Tory wins)
