Everywhere at once in #Prague

There are countless dramas & figures atop the rooftops here... And door insignias & coats of arms, reflecting address and station of the occupant. A favorite vintage image, re-found.

Photograph by Fenichel A royally adorned building and rooftop in Pragu. Most of the frame is the top floor suite, with four windows and an arc overhead with an art mural, in blue and pink pastel colors. Th wals are yellow, and there is light tan trim around the windows. At the top are two bronze sttues, one on either side, the one on the left a fireman/firefighter, and the one on the right... ?. In th center is another artistic, ambiguous object. At the bottom of the frame is the top of the ground level, with intricately crafted statuary and carvings, including two angels at center, on either side of a golden royal coat of arms.

Photograph by Fenichel: Doorway in Prague A carefully crafted wooden door is framed by wooden panels above and to the side, in darker toned wood. The door itself has a metal lock and curved carved lines. Above the door are some shapes in the wood, and a vertical bar between sides. Above that is another carving, with curved top to meet the stone above. Framing the entire doorway is stone/masonry formed in an arch above the door and woodwork. In the foreground is the stone sidewalk.

I rarely see/hear these in North America. The street scene here is Amsterdam.
