First panel 
Narrator: "Zippy forgot he was Humphrey Bogart & became Lee Marvin instead." 
Zippy (right, as Lee Marvin in Point Blank, wearing sunglasses and brandishing a gun): "You left me for dead in Coney Island, but I'm here now for my share of th' Zagnut bars!" 
Griffy (lower left, also wearing sunglasses): "And Jujyfruits." 
Second panel 
Zippy: "We had a deal to fork over th' Zagnuts, but you pulled a swap & left me with a box of Pop Rocks!" 
Man fighting Zippy with a blunt instrument: "Why, I oughta!" 
Griffy: "Uh-oh."

First panel 
Narrator: "The Beatles craze bypassed Dingburg in the 1960s. But when four residents saw 'A Hard Day's Night,' they were inspired to form The Syllables."

Dingburger #1: "Who is it?" 
Dingburger #2: "She'll go atop th' triumphal arch directly across from th' Elon Musk memorial!" 
Second panel 
Narrator: "Following the sculptor's plans, Dingburg clothing designers have come up with fashions for the grand opening of the White House ballroom in 2028." 
Third & last panel 
Narrator: "Meanwhile, Zippy has invented a machine he says will coat the entire city in 24-karat gold leaf-"
Zippy: "Exactly th' same color as Trump's pancake makeup! I'm asking for a no-bid contract!"
