@rgmm.bsky.socialNever has a #WCW theme song been more of a blatant rip off of a song than #SelfHighFive for #DDP. That said, I love their take on an instrumental 10% tweaked version of Nirvana's #SmellsLikeTeenSpirit. You put this song in #DDPYoga and I'll activate all my zones!

@jameskillings.bsky.socialGot my final at home physical therapy sesh done today. It's bittersweet because I finally got back to ten minutes on the foot pedder. Next week my DDPY Rebuild Chair Force program takes me to five days a week which is why I'm stopping therapy. My body needs 2 days rest for surgery recovery. #ddpyoga
@jameskillings.bsky.socialGot the blessing from my orthopedic surgeon yesterday to continue what I'm doing and work through the pain and discomfort to improve range of motion and break up scar tissue so I'm continuing with my DDPYOGA and at home PT simultaneously. #ddpyoga
@jameskillings.bsky.socialIt's time to make a move. I'm calling my shot. #pewpew #ddpy #ddpyoga #imnotfinished #alwaysready
