The three planes at the front are the historical RCAF aircraft the Hurricane Hawker, Supermarine Spitfire, (both WWII era) and the CT-114 Tutor (the trainer jet from the 1960s through 2000 and the airframes of The Snowbirds until retirement this year). The larger aircraft following is a CF-18 Hornet which has been the primary fighter aircraft for The Canadian Forces since 1982.

The Avro Lancaster was in flying in formation with the Canadian Forces Snowbirds. This flyby marks the final Toronto performance for the Snowbirds' iconic CT-114 Tutor jets before the team transitions to their new aircraft.
