I had surgery to relieve #carpaltunnelsyndrome in my dominant hand a few years ago. I think it's coming back. Has anyone heard of such a thing?

I take this as a sign I need to retire. Too much time clicking a mouse. Not enough time hiking, tying flies to leaders, pressing shutter release buttons...

Carpal tunnel syndrome commonly causes nocturnal numbness or tingling involving the thumb, index finger, and middle finger. Progressive compression may also produce reduced grip strength and thenar muscle weakness.
