Salah ad-Din ensured the worship rights of all faiths, and aside from ransoming nobles, allowed passage to Christian lands for the remaining #Crusaders.

Following the disastrous #BattleOfHattin the #KingdomOfJerusalem had few soldiers, yet fought hard. Still, #BalianOfIbelin was forced to surrender in less than two weeks.
