Went for a wee walk today, only just gotten over that nasty flu bug thing so only a mile or so and flat ground so easy going, down to Strathy Park, gorgeous day with bright sun but a cold wind blowing, nice to be out in the fresh air. Saw a beautiful Speckled Woodland butterfly.
