Andi, in an orange rain shell, is picking her way on the mossy boulder strewn trail. This forest trail is taking us to Lost Pond where we ate lunch in the light rain.

Trees frame a granite rock face. In the openning at the top of the trees the upper falls can be seen. The lower cascade is behind the trees on the right. In the early spring when the snow is melting the falls must be a noisy place. At the end of summer when we were there, not so much.
