Thoughts - I don’t know why, but I felt this could be the worst mini I’d tried, um, I was completely wrong. It’s been the nicest I’ve tried yet. I’m sure there’s sherry cask single malt in here, and a lot of it. I do like a nice surprise like this. #olddrams #westminstermistwhisky #80swhisky

🏁- Quite long, the spiciness lasts for some time. The palate notes largely continue, and I think it has rum type characteristics. Late on sweet tropical fruits push their way through. It comes across as higher than 40% ABV. #olddrams #westminstermistwhisky #80swhisky

👅- The palate is very different to the nose. I’m getting figs, prunes, raisins, golden syrup, with cardamom. The mouthfeel is oily, unexpected. This could easily contain sherry cask whisky, the dustiness feom the nose also comes through. #olddrams #westminstermistwhisky #80swhisky

👃- Initially I’m finding this fruity, with evergreen boughs, it’s also coming across as dusty. The fruits are a mix of red berries and tropical fruits. I’m also getting a cardboard kind of a note, and it’s becoming more wood intense. #olddrams #westminstermistwhisky #80swhisky
