Self checkout. Person of a poor eyesight tries to desperately find a QR code to scan. At a very visible, prominent, in-your-face place is an ad for Minecraft. And guess like what a Minecraft zombie looks like to non-nerdy person? Yep. Did not scan either.

I read that devs, doctors, lawyers, ... are complaining that ai is destroying the pool of new people coming in, lowering demand and undertraining the workforce.

This won't happen for UX designers or am I wrong? Too many human variables in the design process. Ai can't do it.

The biggest challenge with #AIAgents may not be making them smarter. It may be helping people understand them. What can the agent actually do? What should users ask? The future of Agent #UX could be less about interfaces & more about confidence. What would great Agent UX look like to you? #AIUX

If you have quests/challenges/achievements/etc that can only be done in specific mode(s) it is important to make that clear to players.

You can still promote the quest to players of other modes, for awareness, but be clear they have to do play a different mode to complete it.

This kind of marketing from Chime is really total bulls**t.

The user experience of this app is getting annoying.
I call it desperate marketing.

Most people mistake information density for insight. Cramming every metric into one chart just spikes cognitive load and hides the actual story. The best visualizations prioritize clarity over completeness. Less is usually more when you want people to actually understand the data.

Products should never thwart user goals without specific consent.

Ever.

Not through explicit methods (lack of interoperability), implicit ones (asking for reviews at a critical workflow point).

This week’s focus for Delvegeist was defining a visual style for the game’s many user interface components. The goal was to design something that is both visually striking and simple to implement within the #Godot game engine.
