oh that was it? aww
uh...dont have anything to say except HIRE STEPH @ottersediting.com

#TBBChat you can follow Fire and Feathers, which is about a villainous antihero morally gray MC!
Woohoo! Thanks for the awesome #TBBChat, @amaralynn.bsky.social!
While I am not morally gray, I talk about some rather villainous and morally gray people in my upcoming collection, Fistfuls of Poetry.
Three zines make up this series. Follow now for updates!
Thanks for the great chat! Now’s the time you can tell us anything you want. Got a project to promote? Let us know in the comments! We’ll have a fresh new chat next week for #TBBChat. Until next time!
It's out now so I can recommend a fellow TBB member's book: Melt: Refrain by subvertebra. Hector is my favorite, but you're in for a real treat as you delve into the twisted desires of all the ppl(vampires) he surrounds himself with. It's hot, nasty, +a great time
The most interesting thing a villain can do is have a relatable goal they're going about the wrong way. I love writing villains who are very human. They're rarely redeemed, but there's something about them that you can connect to, whether you like it or not. It hurts when they let you down
magicia riot
well bloom is only like this in the first book BUT shes still iconic
god i havent read a lot of other things lately and my mind is drawing a blank for now LOL
And now it is time for me to forget anything I've ever read, #TBBChat
Oh wait! I know! There's soooo many morally gray and villainous characters in both Blackcloak and Gildenhammer by @wjameschan.bsky.social!!!
Such twisty, twisty books. And very surreal.
#TBBChat 3:
Vicious/ The Villains series by VE Schwab, of course, which has the last book coming in just a couple dayssssss ahhhh (yes it's my most anticipated book ever why do you ask?)
My favorite anti-hero is the hero of shinra himself, Genesis Rhapsodos. I love how his personality gets in his own way and he refuses to back down from his goals. In a lot of ways, he doesn't live in the real world anymore. I'm a huge fan of science experiments gone wrong, what can I say?
TBB Chat Q3: Recommend some books with villainous or morally gray characters!
Hello #TBBChat I'm V, and I do weird, queer horror writing and art. I make illustrated novels that deal with autonomy, illness, and a love for being alive.
what about their morals that automitcally make them a villian? what are their motives? how did they get there? can i smash?
#TBBChat 2:
Tragic backstory or sense of humor, or heck why not both? 😅
Two incredibly different things that show up in different villains, #TBBChat
Chaotic beings of chaos. Those villains are fun
And then, the villains who are wrong but also...kind of right? Like, you see where they're coming from. They're still villains who need to be stopped from doing harm, though
oh god theres so many and quite a few Awakened Something In Me. uh. eris from sinbad. cause shes hot
TBB Chat Q2: What makes an interesting villain in your opinion?
oh so thats why i havent seen the account. sad sad
HIIII i am author, working on Chaos, slooowly working through chapter 11. revising is actually harder than i thought lol
Teeeechnically, Eric Draven from The Crow (comics, 1994 film, still haven't seen the new one but will) is a vigilante and falls under the antihero list, soooo....him.
Though, Top Dollar in the film is one wowzer of a villian.
#TBBChat 1:
Venom, Deadpool, and Wolverine are top tier for me! Also, Megamind.
