I've rounded up #books mentioned at #ACESVCON26. I'll update this list throughout the conference!

Feel free to flag books that are mentioned in sessions I'm not attending and I'll add them!

Good morning from #acesvcon26, everyone! Clients, I'll be a little slow to respond today. #Edibuddies, I might not interact as much as I normally do since I've got a client deadline.

I’m attending the #ACESVCON26 virtual #editing conference this week, so I thought I’d share some of the sessions I’m looking forward to attending. 👀

Stay tuned for live posts from some of these sessions!

Hi #edibuddies and #StetChat!
It's been really hot the last few days, so I've been slugging through my edits. Not sure how much I can get done for this #StetSprint, and I might have to cut it short if my heat-induced headache returns. I'm working on the line edit of an epic fantasy romance.

It’s #StetSprint time! What are you working on during today’s sprint, #edibuddies?

How to #StetSprint
1️⃣ Share your goal with us (ex. “Copyedit 6 pages of MS”).
2️⃣ Focus on work for 1 hour: No phones, no social media, just working.
3️⃣ In 1 hour, check back in here and tell us how you did!

Today, for fun, I decided to count the number of times in an 11-page, AI-assisted document that a variation on "not X but Y" was used.

I found 20 instances.

Twenty, in eleven pages.
