To beans or not to beans, that is the question. Personally, if it's something like a chili dog, or if the chili is more of a topping, I don't think it needs them. However, if I am having chili as a meal, a good amount really helps make it substantial.

Luโs second attempt, with less tumeric and more salt in the rice. We learned that a chicken broth cube should be crushed and sprinkled in rather than left whole, because you might get intense brothy patches otherwise.
