Or…” she paused, then made herself continue, “maybe see if Ceres is around and if you could s-stay with her.” As soon as she’d said Ceres’ name, Vola wished she could take it back, but wasn't it worth it to have Nat sleep in safety? Wasn’t she just being….selfiish? The thought left her twisted inside beyond words, but if Nat really wanted to…to sleep next to someone else...then Vola should be happy for her. Right?
